This is a five week course. Royal Icing skills for all abilities, beginners to advanced. Skills included are coating of the cake, many areas of piping and run out work. The theme to be confirmed.

You will need to provide the course equipment shown right : Beginners will be able to borrow the necessary equipment from the school for their first course.
All equipment available to purchase from Penningtons School of Cake Artistry. All new students are welcome to borrow all necessary equipment from us.
