This is a five week course. Royal Icing skills for all abilities, beginners to advanced. Skills included on these courses are coating of the cake, piping and run out work.

  • Plain Side Scraper
  • Palette Knife 6” blade
  • Small Paring knife
  • Scissors
  • Sable paint brush - size 2

All equipment available to purchase from local suppliers and from Penningtons School of Cake Artistry.
