 urse****\n\nThis is a short 3 week mini course to give an introduction to 
 a 'bit of everything' !\n\nDuring the 3 week course you will be given the 
 opportunity to learn how to make the on trend Ganache Icing and crumb coat
  on a provided 6" sponge cake. Cover in sugar paste and create a professio
 nal flawless finish. You will also be taught some basic royal ice piping a
 nd an introduction to direct writing\, plus another useful skill how to ma
 ke unwired sugar Roses. This a great course for someone who wants an intro
 duction to cake decorating\, or simply brush up on their basic skills.\n\n
