DESCRIPTION:This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The the
 me for this course is a cheerful\, Spring Beatrix Potter tribute.  Models
  will be created from modelling paste to create an adorable cake with some
  of her best loved characters.\n\nSkills covered during the five weeks wil
 l be flawless cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D modelling and ma
 ny other decorative techniques using modelling paste.\n\nPLEASE NOTE THERE
  WILL BE NO CLASS ON BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY MAY 6th\, THEREFORE THE CLASS TIM
 ES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED BY THIRTY MINUTES SO COURSE HOURS ARE EQUIVALENT TO 
 SIX WEEKS\, FIFTEEN HOURS.\n\nThe project shape is 8" round cake by 4" dee
 p\, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for wee
 k 2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered from the school but please email to pl
 ace your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be 
 an option if preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
