DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The them
 e for this course is a cheerful\, Spring Beatrix Potter tribute.  Models 
 will be created from modelling paste to create an adorable cake with some 
 of her best loved characters.\n\nSkills covered during the five weeks will
  be flawless cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D modelling and man
 y other decorative techniques using modelling paste.\n\nThe project shape 
 is 8" round cake by 4" deep\, students can make a fruit cake if desired (r
 equired marzipaned for week 2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered from the sch
 ool but please email to place your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.
