SUMMARY:April Thursday Evening Sugar Paste & Modelling
DESCRIPTION:This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. (Childr
 ens aeroplane theme)\n\nSkills covered during the five weeks will be flawl
 ess cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D character modelling\, conc
 entrating on proportions and expression. You will also learm many other de
 corative techniques along the way using modelling paste to create a beauti
 ful  celebration cake. \n\n\nThis terms project size and shape is 8" round
  by 4" deep\, students can make a fruit cake (required marzipaned for week
  2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered from the school cost £26.00 including 
 board\, however\, please note that the crumb coating of the sponge cake is
  required to be done at home therefore not advised for the total beginners
 . Please email to place your order of a sponge cake in advance if wanted a
 t dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred\, av
 ailable from the school for £8.00.
