DESCRIPTION:This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The the
 me for this course is an "Under the Sea" theme. lots of bright colours and
  3D models clowning around such as an octopus\, turtle\, crab\, colourful 
 fish\, sea horses etc. \n\nSkills covered during the five weeks will be fl
 awless cake covering using sugar paste\, 3D character modelling and decora
 tive techniques using modelling paste. \n\nThe project is on 8" round frui
 t cake depth 4" approx (required marzipaned for week 2)\, a sponge cake ca
 n be ordered from the school but please email to place your order in advan
 ce at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred\
 , available from the school for £7.00.
