DESCRIPTION:This is a six week mixed ability royal icing course with 3 leve
 ls of ability and 3 projects suitable for the levels of students ability. 
 All royal Icing classes will be of mixed ability with 3 levels\, beginners
 \, improvers and advanced students\, You will be set a project to suit you
 r level after discussion with the tutor.\n\nRoyal Icing classes are the pe
 rfect course to join if you want to learn to pipe\, or brush up on your pi
 ping techniques. Just some of the skills and techniques covered in these c
 lasses are coating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line and runout
  work.\n\nThe cakes for royal icing classes will always be a fruit cake\, 
 a beginner starts off with a round 8" fruit cake 3" depth approximately or
  if preferred students can use a dummy cake\, available from the school to
  purchase for £8.00 inclusive of board and box.
