SUMMARY:February Monday Morning 'Easter/Spring' themed Cake
DESCRIPTION:This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The cou
 rse includes learning how to cover a cake using the icing\, 'sugar paste' 
 and how to make fun\, character models and create a theme. The project for
  this course is a Easter / Spring theme cake with lots of character models
 .\n\nEach student will be encouraged to express their own creativity in de
 veloping ideas towards the creation of this cake. Skills covered during th
 is five weeks include: Sugar paste covering\, 3D character modelling\, col
 ouring and general decorative techniques. \n\nThe course requires an 8"rou
 nd approximately 4" depth fruit cake marzipaned which is required on week 
 2 of the course or as an alternative we can provide you with a dummy cake 
 if preferred\, dummy cakes will be available to purchase from the school f
 or £7.00 each on week one\, which includes the cake drum and box.\n\n\n\n
