DESCRIPTION:This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The the
 me for this course is a cheerful Spring/ Easter themed cake.  Models will
  be created from modelling paste to create decorative celebration cake. (P
 ic to follow)\n\nSkills covered during the five weeks will be flawless cak
 e covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D modelling and many other decorati
 ve techniques using modelling paste.\n\nThe project shape is 8" cake by 4"
  deep\, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for
  week 2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered from the school but please email t
 o place your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can
  be an option if preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
