DESCRIPTION:This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The the
 me for this course is a cheerful Spring/ Easter themed cake.  Models will
  be created from modelling paste to create decorative celebration cake.\n\
 nSkills covered during the five weeks will be flawless cake covering using
  sugar paste\, 2D and 3D modelling and many other decorative techniques us
 ing modelling paste.\n\nThe project shape is 8" round by 4" deep\, student
 s can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for week 2)\, a sp
 onge cake can be ordered from the school but please email to place your or

 f preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
