DESCRIPTION:This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The the
 me for this course is a colouful cake with flowers and colourful birds. Mo
 dels will be created from modelling paste to create decorative birds and f
 lowers.\n\nSkills covered during the five weeks will be flawless cake cove
 ring using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D modelling and many other decorative tec
 hniques using modelling paste.\n\nThe project shape is round and size 8" b
 y 4" deep approximately\, students can make a fruit cake if desired (requi
 red marzipaned for week 2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered from the school 
 but please email to place your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk o
