DESCRIPTION:This is a five week 3D modelling and sugar paste cake covering 
 course. The theme for this course is a colurful\, fun\, under the water th
 emed cake. Full of fun models from the sea\, a turtle\, beautiful shells a
 nd coral creating an exciting under sea cake. \n\nSkills covered during th
 e five weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D 
 character modelling and many other decorative techniques using modelling p
 aste.\n\nThe project shape and size for this project is 8" round by 4" dee
 p\, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for wee
 k 2) or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred\, available from the sc
 hool for £8.00.
