 r discussion with the tutor.\n\nRoyal Icing classes are the perfect course
  to join if you want to learn to pipe\, or brush up on your piping techniq
 ues. Just some of the skills and techniques covered in these classes are c
 oating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line and runout work.\n\nTh
 e cakes for royal icing classes will always be a fruit cake\, a beginner w
 ill always start off with a round 8" fruit cake approximately 3" depth 
  or if preferred students can use a dummy cake\, available from the school
  to purchase for £7.00 inclusive of board and box.\n\n&nbsp\;
