 cing classes will be of mixed ability with 3 levels\, beginners\, improver
 s and advanced students\, You will be set a project to suit your level aft
 er discussion with the tutor.\n\nRoyal Icing classes are the perfect cours
 e to join if you want to learn to pipe\, or brush up on your piping techni
 ques. Just some of the skills and techniques covered in these classes are 
 coating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line and runout work.\n\nT
 he cakes for royal icing classes will always be a fruit cake\, a beginner 
 starts off with a round 8" fruit cake 3" depth approximately or if preferr
 ed students can use a dummy cake\, available from the school to purchase f
 or £8.00 inclusive of board and box.
