DESCRIPTION:This is a six week flower course\, the class project for the Ja
 nuary course is a beautiful Gardenia flower spray including its fruits and
  foliage. You will learn during the course the essential skills for floral
  sugar craft\, ie softening edges\, dusting colours\, wiring of petals and
  leaves\, and taping the flowers into a stunning completed spray\, perfect
  for a cake topper or a keepsake. Photograph of actual spray to follow sho
 rtly.\n\nAlternatively students are able to do their own chosen project wi
 thin the time constraints of the course if agreed with the tutor before bo
 oking the course.\n\nAdditional costs to this course are flower wires\, ta
