 er discussion with the tutor.\n\nRoyal Icing classes are the perfect cours
 e to join if you want to learn to pipe\, or brush up on your piping techni
 ques. Just some of the skills and techniques covered in these classes are 
 coating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line and runout work.\n\nT
 he cakes for royal icing classes will always be a fruit cake\, a beginner 
 will start off with a round 8" fruit cake or if preferred students can use
  a dummy cake\, available from the school to purchase for £8.00 inclusive
  of board and box.
