SUMMARY:June Monday Evening Sugar Paste & Modelling (Fishing theme)
DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. (Fishing
  theme)\n\nSkills covered during the six weeks will be flawless cake cover
 ing using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D character modelling\, concentrating on p
 roportions and expression. You will also learm many other decorative techn
 iques along the way using modelling paste to create a beautiful  celebrati
 on cake. \n\n\nThis terms project size and shape is 8" round by 4" deep\, 
 students can make a fruit cake (required marzipaned for week 2)\, a sponge
  cake can be ordered from the school cost £26.00 including board\, howeve
 r\, please note that the crumb coating of the sponge cake is required to b
 e done at home therefore not advised for the total beginners the fruit cak
 e or dummy cake would be advised instead. Please email to place your order
  of a sponge cake in advance if wanted at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy
  cake can be an option if preferred\, available from the school for £8.00
