DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The them
 e for this course is a fun 'Hot Tub theme' ladies having fun and drinking 
 Prosecco in a cake shaped as a hot tub. The teaching focuses on modelling 
 figures\, with character features plus many more decorative techniques in 
 sugar paste to complete this project.\n\nSkills covered during the six wee
 ks will be crumb coating in buttercream\, cake covering using sugar paste\
 , 3D character modelling and decorative techniques using modelling paste.\
 n\nThe project is on 8" round fruit cake depth 4" approx (required week 2)
  or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred\, available from the school
  for £7.00.\n\nA 6" round x 5" deep sponge cake will be provided for this
  course.
