DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The them
 e for this course are cute little girls positioned around the cake in a de
 corative styles using a technique called Bas Relief. This is a 2D style of
  modelling\, which can be used in so many creative ways.\nLots of bright\,
  summer colours with a 3D model as star of the cake on top. \n\nSkills cov
 ered during the five weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar past
 e\, 2D and 3D character modelling and decorative techniques using modellin
 g paste. \n\nThe project is on 8" round fruit cake depth 4" approx (requir
 ed marzipaned for week 2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered from the school b
