DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The them
 e for this course is a safari theme.  Sugar animal models and more will b
 e created from modelling paste to create a celebration cake with a theme.\
 n\nSkills covered during the six weeks will be flawless cake covering usin
 g sugar paste\, 2D and 3D modelling and many other decorative techniques u
 sing modelling paste.\n\nThe project shape and size is 8" round by 4" deep
 \, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for week
  2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered from the school but please email to pla
 ce your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be a
 n option if preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
