SUMMARY:March Monday Evening Sugar Paste & Modelling (Easter/Spring theme)
DESCRIPTION:This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The the
 me for this course is an Easter /Spring project. \n\nSkills covered during
  the five weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 
 3D character modelling\, concentrating on proportions and expression. You 
 will also learm many other decorative techniques along the way using model
 ling paste to create a beautiful Easter/Spring celebration cake. \n\n\nThi
 s terms project is on 8" round by 4" deep cake\, students can make a fruit
  cake if desired (required marzipaned for week 2)\, a sponge cake can be o
 rdered from the school cost £26.00 including board\, but please email to 
 place your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can b
 e an option if preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
