  a 6" sponge cake by 4" deep using buttercream then decorate with piped bu
 ttercream to create a weaved buttercream basket filled with spring piped T
 ulips.\n\nDuring the 2 classes you will learn how to crumb coat on a provi
 ded sponge cake and achieve a smooth flat finish. The cake is decorated us
 ing the popular icing buttercream to create weaved basket effect on the si
 de and general boarder piping to neaten. The top filled with buttercream p
 iped Tulips (colour your choice) and leaves to complete the beautiful spri
 ng cake.\n\nThis is a great course for a beginner to cake decorating or so
 meone wanting to learn how to pipe using buttercream for decoration. \n\nA
 ll materials and equipment are provided for this course.\n\n
