DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The them
 e for this course is a Christmas dinner table with Santa\, Mrs Christmas a
 nd Rudolf. \n\nSkills covered during the six weeks will be flawless cake 
 covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D character modelling and many other 
 decorative techniques using modelling paste in a festive scene\,\n\nThe pr
 oject shape is square\, 8" by 4" deep\, students can make a fruit cake if 
 desired (required marzipaned for week 2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered fr
 om the school cost £26 including board\, but please email to place your o
 rder in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option 
 if preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
