DESCRIPTION:This is a six week Christmas modelling and cake covering course
 . The theme for this course is a festive Christmas project\, Rudolf sat in
  an arm chair whilst Santa is coming down the chimney. Models will be crea
 ted to make an exciting and decorative Christmas cake full of colour and f
 un for the festive season.\n\nSkills covered during the six weeks will be 
 flawless cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D character modelling a
 nd many other decorative techniques using modelling paste.\n\nThe project 
 shape and size for this project is 8" square by 4" deep\, students can mak
 e a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for week 2) or a dummy cake
  can be an option if preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
