DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling course. The project for this cours
 e will be a lovely\, colourful\, Spring / Easter theme  Picture to follow
  shortly.\n\nSkills covered in this course will be sugar paste covering of
  the cake\, seasonal 3D character models\, and various other decorative te
 chniques using sugar paste and modelling paste.  The project is on a 8" r
 ound by 4" deep fruit cake (students own cake\, required week 2) or a dumm
 y cake can be an option if preferred\, available to purchase  from the sc
 hool for £7.00.
