DESCRIPTION:This is a six week mixed ability course with 3 levels of abilit
 y and with 3 projects suitable for the levels of ability. The students are
  placed in a group of their ability from beginners\, improvers and advance
 d\, After the completion of each course the student has the opportunity to
  stride for the next level if they wish to continue learning more royal ic
 ing skills.\n\nJust some of the skills and techniques covered in these cla
 sses are coating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line\, direct wri
 ting and runout work. The 3 Spring designs for September will follow short
 ly.\n\nThe cakes for royal icing classes will always be fruit cakes or stu
 dents if preferred can use dummy cakes\, available from the school to purc
 hase for £7.00 inclusive of board and box.
