DESCRIPTION:This is a six week Christmas course with 3 levels of ability an
 d 3 projects suitable for the levels of students ability. All royal Icing 
 classes will be of mixed ability with 3 levels\, beginners\, improvers and
  advanced students\, You will be set a project to suit your level after di
 scussion with the tutor. THE PICTURE IS AN EXAMPLE OF STANDARD\, THIS YEAR
 S LEVEL PROJECTS ARE AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.\n\nRoyal Icing classes are th
 e perfect course to join if you want to learn to pipe\, or brush up on you
 r piping techniques. Just some of the skills and techniques covered in the
 se classes are coating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line and ru
 nout work.\n\nThe cakes for royal icing classes will always be a fruit cak
 e\, a beginner will start off with a round 8" fruit cake approximately 3" 
 depth or if preferred students can use a dummy cake\, available from the s
 chool to purchase for £8.00 inclusive of board and box.
