DESCRIPTION:This is a Christmas six week mixed ability course with 3 levels
  of ability and 3 projects suitable for the levels of students ability. Al
 l royal Icing classes will be of mixed ability with 3 levels\, beginners\,
  improvers and advanced students\, You will be set a project to suit your 
 level after discussion with the tutor. THE PICTURE IS AN EXAMPLE OF STANDA
 RD\, THIS YEARS LEVEL PROJECTS ARE AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.\n\nRoyal Icing 
 classes are the perfect course to join if you want to learn to pipe\, or b
 rush up on your piping techniques. Just some of the skills and techniques 
 covered in these classes are coating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, dr
 op line and runout work.\n\nThe cakes for royal icing classes will always 
 be a fruit cake\, a beginner will start off with a round 8" fruit cake or 
 if preferred students can use a dummy cake\, available from the school to 
 purchase for £8.00 inclusive of board and box.
