  of ability and 3 projects suitable for the levels of students ability. Al
 l royal Icing classes will be of mixed ability with 3 levels\, beginners\,
  improvers and advanced students\, You will be set a project to suit your 
 level after discussion with the tutor. THE PICTURE IS AN EXAMPLE OF STANDA

 al Icing classes are the perfect course to join if you want to learn to pi
 pe\, or brush up on your piping techniques. Just some of the skills and te
 chniques covered in these classes are coating in royal icing\, pressure pi
 ping\, drop line and runout work.\n\nThe cakes for royal icing classes wil
 l always be a fruit cake\, a beginner will start off with a round 8" fruit
  cake or if preferred students can use a dummy cake\, available from the s
 chool to purchase for £8.00 inclusive of board and box.
