DESCRIPTION:This is a six week mixed ability Christmas course with 3 levels
  of ability and 3 projects suitable for the levels of students ability. Al
 l royal Icing classes will be of mixed ability with 3 levels\, beginners\,
  improvers and advanced students\, You will be set a project to suit your 
 level after discussion with the tutor.\n\nRoyal Icing classes are the perf
 ect course to join if you want to learn to pipe\, or brush up on your pipi
 ng techniques. Just some of the skills and techniques covered in these cla
 sses are coating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line and runout w
 ork.\n\nThe cakes for royal icing classes will always be a fruit cake\, a 
 beginner will start off with a round 8" fruit cake or if preferred student
 s can use a dummy cake\, available from the school to purchase for £8.00 
 inclusive of board and box.
