DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The them
 e for this course is an Autumn theme\, horses in a field\, cute scarecrow\
 , and pumpkins.\n\nSkills covered during the six weeks will be flawless ca
 ke covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D character modelling and many oth
 er decorative techniques using modelling paste.\n\nThe project shape is ro
 und\, 8" by 4" deep\, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required 
 marzipaned for week 2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered from the school cost
  £25 including board\, but please email to place your order in advance at
  dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred\, ava
 ilable from the school for £8.00.
