DESCRIPTION:This is a four week modelling and cake covering course. The the
 me for this course is an adorable little girl sat by a river bank on a ben
 ch looking over at swans. The teaching focuses on modelling figures\, with
  character features plus many more decorative techniques in sugar paste.\n
 \nSkills covered during the four weeks will be flawless cake covering usin
 g sugar paste\, Pastillage icing\, 3D character modelling and decorative t
 echniques using modelling paste.\n\nThe project is on 8" round fruit cake 
 depth 4" approx (required week 2) or a dummy cake can be an option if pref
 erred\, available from the school for £7.00.\n\nPlease Note there will NO
 T be a class on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May
