DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The them
 e for this course is an Autumnal\,woodland theme. Models of cute woodland 
 animals dressed in cute outfits around the sides of the cake and a 3D char
 acter model on the top.\n\nSkills covered during the six weeks will be fla
 wless cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D character modelling and 
 many decorative techniques using modelling paste. \n\nThe project is on 8"
  round fruit cake depth 4" approx (required marzipaned for week 2)\, a spo
 nge cake can be ordered from the school but please email to place your ord
 er in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option if
  preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
