SUMMARY:September Thursday Evening Sugar Paste & Modelling (Halloween Theme

DESCRIPTION:This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The the
 me for this term will be a Halloween. \n\nSkills covered during the five w
 eeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D characte
 r modelling\, concentrating on proportions and expression. You will also l
 earm many other decorative techniques along the way using modelling paste 
 to create a beautiful  celebration cake. \n\n\nThis terms project size and
  shape will be 6" square by 5" deep\, students can make a fruit cake (requ
 ired marzipaned for week 2)\, a sponge cake can be ordered from the school
  cost £26.00 including board\, however\, please note that the crumb coati
 ng of the sponge cake is required to be done at home therefore not advised
  for the total beginners the fruit cake or dummy cake would be advised ins
 tead. Please email to place your order of a sponge cake in advance if want
