DESCRIPTION:This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The them
 e for this course is an Autumnal\,woodland theme. Models of cute woodland 
 animals around the sides of the cake dressed in cute outfits\, plus a 3D c
 haracter model on the top.\n\nSkills covered during the six weeks will be 
 flawless cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D character modelling a
 nd many decorative techniques using modelling paste. \n\nThe project is on
  8" round fruit cake depth 4" approx (required marzipaned for week 2)\, a 
 sponge cake can be ordered from the school but please email to place your 
 order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option
  if preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
