 ing classes will be of mixed ability with 3 levels\, beginners\, improvers
  and advanced students\, You will be set a project to suit your level afte
 r discussion with the tutor.\n\nRoyal Icing classes are the perfect course
  to join if you want to learn to pipe\, or brush up on your piping techniq
 ues. Just some of the skills and techniques covered in these classes are c
 oating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line and runout work.\n\nTh
 e cakes for royal icing classes will always be a fruit cake\, a beginner s
 tarts off with a round 8" fruit cake 3" depth approximately or if preferre
 d students can use a dummy cake\, available from the school to purchase fo
 r £8.00 inclusive of board and box.
