DESCRIPTION:This is a five week mixed ability royal icing course with 3 lev
 els of ability and 3 projects suitable for the levels of students ability.
  All royal Icing classes will be of mixed ability with 3 levels\, beginner
 s\, improvers and advanced students\, You will be set a project to suit yo
 ur level after discussion with the tutor.\n\nRoyal Icing classes are the p
 erfect course to join if you want to learn to pipe\, or brush up on your p
 iping techniques. Just some of the skills and techniques covered in these 
 classes are coating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line and runou
 t work.\n\nThe cakes for royal icing classes will always be a fruit cake\,
  a beginner starts off with a round 8" fruit cake 3" depth approximately o
 r if preferred students can use a dummy cake\, available from the school t
 o purchase for £8.00 inclusive of board and box.
