 ues. Just some of the skills and techniques covered in these classes are c
 oating in royal icing\, pressure piping\, drop line and runout work.\n\nTh
 e cakes for royal icing classes will always be a fruit cake\, a beginner w
 ill always start off with a round 8" fruit cake or if preferred students c
 an use a dummy cake\, available from the school to purchase for £7.00 i
