DESCRIPTION:This is a five week 3D modelling and sugar paste cake covering 
 course. The theme for this course is a colurful spring themed cake with\, 
 cute farm animal characters creating the perfect Easter/spring cake. \n\nS
 kills covered during the five weeks will be flawless cake covering using s
 ugar paste\, 2D and 3D character modelling and many other decorative techn
 iques using modelling paste.\n\nThe project shape and size for this projec
 t is 8" round by 4" deep\, students can make a fruit cake if desired (requ
 ired marzipaned for week 2) or a sponge cake can be ordered from Dawn but 
 please email to request\, alternatively a dummy cake can be an option if p
 referred\, available from the school for £8.00.
