DESCRIPTION:This is a six week 3D modelling and sugar paste cake covering c
 ourse. The theme for this course is a christmas scene creating a cake usin
 g 2D modelling as well as 3 D modelling. A fun\, brightly coloured charact
 er cake full of great techniques in sugar paste.        \n(Image showing i
 s an example of standard)\nSkills covered during the six weeks will be fla
 wless cake covering using sugar paste\, 2D and 3D character modelling and 
 many other decorative techniques using modelling paste.\n\nThe cake shape 
 and size for this project is 8" square by 4" deep\, students can make a fr
 uit cake if desired (required marzipaned for week 2) or a sponge cake can 
 be ordered if requested by emailing Dawnan\, alternatively a dummy cake ca
 n be an option if preferred\, available from the school for £8.00.
