Penningtons offers a range of cake decorating courses in Bournemouth. These are suitable for all levels whether you are an absolute beginner looking for a fun filled stimulating hobby, a cake artist seeking confidence to create a cake business from home or a pastry chef needing to build on your piping skills.

Basic royal ice piping video !

Ok so follow the video on how to make a piping bag then you will be set up to practice some piping.
You can also get yourself organised and make some royal icing either using albumen powder 15g mixed into 85 ml of cold water leave to get the full strength for 40 mins then add to 500g of icing sugar. Alternatively add 100ml of fresh egg white to 500g icing sugar and beat on a machine for 20mins.
