This is a one evening class to help with successfully crumb coating a sponge cake using the popular medium chocolate Ganache and then achieving the professional flawless finish. The more experienced student will also be given the oppotunity to achieve the ‘on trend’ straight edge look.
Students will be provided with an 8″ sponge cake and all the materials and equipment for this class.
