This is a six week mixed ability course with 3 levels of ability and with 3 projects suitable for the levels of ability. The students are placed in a group of their ability from beginners, improvers and advanced, After the completion of each course the student has the opportunity to stride for the next level if they wish to continue learning more royal icing skills.
Just some of the skills and techniques covered in these classes are coating in royal icing, pressure piping, drop line, direct writing and runout work. The 3 Spring designs for September will follow shortly.
The cakes for royal icing classes will always be fruit cakes or students if preferred can use dummy cakes, available from the school to purchase for £7.00 inclusive of board and box.
