This is an all day Saturday class to learn how to set up and crumb coat a 6″ sponge cake using buttercream then decorate with piped buttercream Roses.
During the day you will learn how to crumb coat on a provided sponge cake and achieve a smooth flat finish. The cake is decorated with the on trend bark effect, then sprayed with a silver metallic colour to act as the base for a decorative spray of roses, leaves and Eucalptus to create an attractive spray on top of the celebration cake.
This is a great course for a beginner to cake decorating or someone wanting to learn how to pipe buttercream roses for decoration.
All materials and equipment are provided for this course. Please bring a light lunch, drinks and biscuits are provided.
