This is a one day class to learn how to carve sponge cakes and shape into a splendid crown fit for a King!
During this class you will carve, and crumb coat the sponge cakes provided into the shape of a crown. You will then be taught to crumb coat in buttercream and cover the novelty shaped cake using sugar paste. The cake will then be completed using various decorative finishes to transform it from just a covered sponge into a stunning royal crown to be centre place to celebrate the Kings coronation.
A light lunch will also be included during your day and all materials are provided for this one day full class.
