An opportunity to have a one day workshop with the master chocolatier Mark Tilling. You will learn how to work with chocolate couverture and produce a delightful Christmas centre piece to impress family and friends using an array of techniques taught by Mark.
The day will also include a light lunch supplied by Penningtons, please message Dawn with any dietary requirements. There are limited spaces available on this class.
