This is a 2 week course teaching some of the basic royal iced piping and writing skills. This is a great opportunity to brush up on your piping skills or as a beginner learn some of the basic techniques in piping. A large part of this 2 week course will also be devoted to direct writing in icing. This is one of the hardest techniques which can either enhance a decorated cake or ruin it !
This is a perfect 2 week class for a beginner to royal icing or a refresher classs.
