Learn in a 3 hour private session how to create fabulous floral butter cream cupcakes in a 1:1 or up to a maximum of 2 in a group by bringing a friend if you choose and sharing the cost. The booked session between student and Dawn will need to be arranged by emailing dawn@cakeschool.co.uk
You will be provided with 6 cupcakes and using buttercream produce stunning, colourful floral flower tops. You will learn the techniques of creating the flowers with individual instruction rather than in a group. You will be shown how to make the butter cream, colouring techniques to create amazing floral effects with the buttercream.
Learn new decorating techniques and tips in a relaxed environment. All materials and equipment are provided for this class
