Learn in a 3 hour private session how to create fabulous floral butter cream cupcakes in a 1:1 or up to a maximum of 2 in a group by bringing a friend if you choose and sharing the cost. The booked session between student and Dawn will need to be arranged by emailing dawn@cakeschool.co.uk
You will be provided with 12 cupcakes and using buttercream produce stunning, colourful floral flower tops. You will learn the techniques of creating the flowers with individual instruction rather than in a group. You will be shown how to make the butter cream, colouring techniques to create amazing floral effects with the buttercream.
Learn new decorating techniques and tips in a relaxed environment. All materials and equipment are provided for this class
